Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate daily records of farm activities, including livestock health and production data.
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Manage inventory levels for feed, medication, and essential farm supplies.
- Coordinate with the farm team to ensure all administrative documentation is up to date.
- Handle general filing, data entry, and record-keeping tasks with high precision.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring all delivery notes and invoices are logged correctly.
- Assist in basic payroll or attendance tracking for farm workers as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency in basic computer software, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain organized filing systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay and/or English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a farm environment.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Knowledge of agricultural or livestock record-keeping is considered an advantage.
