As a Farm Officer in our Ready-Now Program, you'll drive operational excellence in poultry production across Bukidnon. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily poultry farm operations including feeding, health monitoring, and environmental control
- Implement and maintain strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks
- Manage farm staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with veterinary teams for vaccination programs and health interventions
- Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and government regulations
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate farm documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial poultry farming
- Strong knowledge of poultry health management and nutrition
- Certification in biosecurity protocols (advantageous)
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work in rural environments with flexible hours
- Basic proficiency in farm management software and data analysis
- Valid driver's license with clean record
