Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily farm operations, including planting, harvesting, and livestock care.
- Monitor crop health and soil conditions to ensure optimal growth and yield quality.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain TCS Quality & Productivity standards across all production units.
- Maintain and repair farm machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory levels of seeds, fertilizers, and feed to prevent shortages or waste.
- Prepare detailed reports on farm production, expenses, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure safety protocols and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
- Strong understanding of local farming practices and agricultural techniques.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer applications for reporting and record-keeping.
- A valid driving license is an added advantage.
