Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily farm operations and production schedules to ensure efficiency.
- Monitor crop health and implement sustainable agricultural practices.
- Manage livestock care, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and health.
- Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure produce meets industry standards.
- Maintain farm equipment and manage inventory of essential supplies.
- Ensure strict compliance with local agricultural regulations and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in farm management or agricultural operations.
- Strong understanding of modern farming techniques and pest control methods.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and manage physical tasks.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
