Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day farm operations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the management of farm labor, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor crop or livestock health regularly, implementing necessary interventions for pest control, fertilization, or nutrition.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of farm inputs, inventory, weather patterns, and harvest yields.
- Ensure all agricultural activities strictly adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement and test new agricultural technologies and sustainable farming methods.
- Oversee the routine maintenance and repair of farm machinery, equipment, and irrigation systems.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly operational reports to track progress against production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in farm management or large-scale agricultural operations.
- In-depth knowledge of modern farming techniques, soil science, and integrated pest management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Physically fit and capable of working in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data entry and report generation.
- Must possess a valid driving license and have the flexibility to travel across site locations in Perak.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to operational troubleshooting.
