Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations within the egg processing plant to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor and manage workflow on the inline production line to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.
- Enforce strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and biosecurity protocols at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production personnel to foster a culture of productivity and safety.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to the technical department.
- Maintain accurate production records, inventory logs, and quality assurance reports.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance plant performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in agricultural operations or food manufacturing supervision.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of poultry processing, egg production standards, and food safety regulations (HACCP/GMP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Ability to work in a demanding physical environment with shifting schedules as required.
- Proficient in MS Office suite for reporting and data management.
