Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily farm operations including livestock feeding, health monitoring, and facility maintenance
- Manage and mentor farm staff through performance coaching, training, and scheduling
- Implement and enforce biosecurity protocols and safety regulations across all farm activities
- Monitor animal health metrics and coordinate veterinary care when necessary
- Optimize resource utilization including feed, equipment, and labor allocation
- Maintain accurate farm records and production reports for operational analysis
- Collaborate with management to develop strategic improvement plans for farm efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in farm management or supervisory roles
- Proven expertise in livestock handling, breeding, and healthcare practices
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated team management skills
- Knowledge of agricultural regulations, biosecurity standards, and sustainable farming methods
