In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall supervision of our poultry farm, ensuring that our broilers and breeders are raised to the highest standards of health, welfare, and productivity.
As a Farm Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between upper management and the field team. You will manage daily routines, enforce strict biosecurity measures, and ensure that all operational targets are met efficiently. We are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient in poultry management but also possesses strong leadership skills to mentor and guide our farm staff. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, and housing management for broilers and breeders.
- Monitor bird health and welfare closely, identifying and reporting any signs of disease or distress immediately.
- Implement and enforce strict biosecurity protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for the flock.
- Train, coach, and mentor farm staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, mortality rates, and feed conversion ratios.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of feed and medical supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations on site.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Poultry Science, or Animal Husbandry is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in poultry farming, specifically with broilers or breeders.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of poultry management practices, vaccination schedules, and biosecurity.
- Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Malaysian driving license is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
