- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and assessment of agricultural trends in Pangasinan and surrounding regions
- Coordinate sales strategies and market development initiatives for cooperative farm products
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to farmers on sustainable farming practices
- Monitor and analyze market data to identify opportunities for product diversification
- Manage inventory and supply chain logistics for agricultural products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, buyers, and agricultural stakeholders
- Collect and report data on market conditions and sales performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in farming, agricultural sales, or market analysis
- Strong understanding of local agricultural markets and farming practices in Pangasinan
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Effective communication skills to liaise between farmers and market channels
- Problem-solving abilities to address agricultural and market-related challenges
- Proficiency in basic data analysis tools and agricultural software
- Willingness to travel within Pangasinan and surrounding areas as needed
