Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring optimal health and growth conditions for livestock/crops.
- Execute marketing and sales promotion strategies to increase local product demand.
- Monitor farm performance metrics and report data accurately to management.
- Maintain high standards of farm biosecurity and equipment sanitation.
- Assist in the implementation of new agricultural technologies and best practices.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure resource availability.
- Provide technical support and education to local partners regarding product benefits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a farm technician or field operations role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability in sales and customer relations.
- Ability to work in a demanding, hands-on outdoor environment.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and basic data management.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to the Zambales/Bataan area.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
