Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product selection, styling advice, and sizing.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and shelves are organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Replenish stock and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Upsell products and promote our loyalty programs to maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work a 5-day work week including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
