Your role is critical in ensuring that LUBNA delivers commercially strong, trend-relevant, and customer-focused products that resonate with our diverse audience.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end buying lifecycle, from identifying market opportunities and sourcing the right products to managing inventory and driving sales performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end buying process, from market research and range planning to sourcing and product placement.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to drive informed and profitable buying decisions.
- Develop seasonal buying strategies and assortments that align with the LUBNA brand identity and commercial targets.
- Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and inventory turnover to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize markdowns.
- Liaise with marketing, merchandising, and store teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Conduct regular reviews of product performance and adjust future buying plans based on data analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion retail buying, merchandising, or product management.
- Strong understanding of the local and international fashion landscape, with a keen eye for emerging trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market reports, and consumer insights.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven culture.
