- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to maximize profit margins

- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation systems
- Analyze sales performance data to refine merchandising approaches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail or merchandising
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Excel
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Excellent analytical abilities for sales trend interpretation
- Deep understanding of Indonesian fashion market dynamics
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
