- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media platforms
- Provide detailed product information and styling recommendations

Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in customer service or sales (fashion industry preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Instagram Live
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and product knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evening events
