Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field visits to retail stores and outlets across Jakarta Raya to introduce and demonstrate the Fastmart application
- Provide personalized guidance to store owners on how Fastmart can optimize their business operations and enhance customer experiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail entrepreneurs to understand their specific needs and challenges
- Collect valuable feedback from users to help improve the Fastmart application and features
- Document all interactions and sales leads using our CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes
- Stay updated on Fastmart features and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to potential users
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for onboarding new retail partners
- Represent Fastrata Buana professionally at all times, maintaining the company's reputation and values
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong presentation skills with experience in demonstrating products or services
- Proficiency in using mobile applications and basic digital tools
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits across Jakarta Raya
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets
