Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Develop and maintain robust financial forecasting models to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and optimize tax planning strategies
- Lead financial analysis initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth paths
- Oversee financial reporting processes for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate internal audits and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with organizational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial software (SAP, Oracle) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
