Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and optimization strategies
- Lead finance and audit teams with KPI-driven performance management
- Develop and maintain robust internal financial controls
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in financial operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with S1 qualification
- Minimum 5 years of finance and tax management experience
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A/B, AK) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
