We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage cross-border logistics and customs compliance. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external partners including freight forwarders, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies. You'll ensure all import/export documentation meets Indonesian and international standards while optimizing supply chain efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners (forwarders, customs authorities) to ensure smooth trade operations
- Manage and process import/export documentation including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping manifests
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws
- Resolve customs clearance issues and logistics bottlenecks proactively
- Maintain accurate records of trade activities and compliance documentation
- Liaise with government agencies for permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals
- Monitor changes in trade policies and implement necessary process adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in FAT, customs, or trade compliance roles
- Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) - essential for cross-border communication
- Deep understanding of Indonesian customs procedures and import/export regulations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in customs declaration systems and logistics software
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
