Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily financial accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including monthly/quarterly tax filings and annual tax returns
- Lead and develop the accounting team through performance management, training, and workflow optimization
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for executive review
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement corrective actions
- Optimize accounting processes using ERP systems and identify automation opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with S1 qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, and local taxes)
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with proven coaching experience
- Professional certification (Akuntan Publik/Brevet A/B) highly preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English for documentation and reporting
