Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the Full Accurate Test (FAT) process and ensure all financial records are accurate and complete.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of accountants to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Review and verify vouchers, journals, and financial statements before submission to management.
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian Tax Regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during the audit and tax filing processes.
- Implement and improve internal control procedures to minimize financial risks.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Full Accurate Test (FAT) or supervision roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Tax Laws and Financial Reporting Standards (PSAK).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines during the closing period.
