Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Finance, Accounting, and Treasury (FAT) team to ensure efficient operations and professional development
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, budgets, and compliance reports aligned with Indonesian accounting standards
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial transactions and asset management
- Coordinate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and support strategic financial planning
- Manage banking relationships, cash flow operations, and investment activities for the education division
- Conduct financial audits and risk assessments to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- Develop financial models to support decision-making for educational program expansion and cost optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Proven expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
- Experience managing treasury operations and banking relationships
- Excellent leadership abilities with demonstrated team management success
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel)
- Understanding of education sector financial operations is advantageous
