As an FEC Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving business success through exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team development. You'll ensure that our entertainment center delivers outstanding customer experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily operations of the Family Entertainment Center, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and visitor satisfaction
- Manage and develop a team of entertainment center staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with mall management and other departments to ensure seamless integration of entertainment offerings
- Develop and manage the entertainment center's budget, controlling costs while maintaining service quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the entertainment experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing family entertainment centers or similar venues
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational excellence
- Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards for entertainment venues
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in using management software and data analysis tools
