Join Hana Fashion Indonesia as a Female Fitness Coach and help us build a healthier, more productive workforce! We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to lead our corporate gym training programs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our employees maintain peak physical condition, which directly contributes to their productivity and overall well-being.
In this position, you will design and implement comprehensive fitness routines tailored to the needs of our staff. You will create a motivating environment that encourages healthy habits, proper exercise techniques, and injury prevention. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct Personal Training Sessions: Lead individual and group gym workouts specifically designed for female employees to enhance strength, flexibility, and endurance.
- Develop Customized Programs: Create tailored fitness plans based on each employee's health goals, body type, and fitness level.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess employee performance and adjust training regimens to ensure continuous improvement and safety.
- Educate on Wellness: Provide guidance on proper exercise form, nutrition, and ergonomics to prevent workplace injuries.
- Maintain Equipment: Ensure the gym area is clean, organized, and that all exercise equipment is in safe working condition.
- Organize Fitness Activities: Host wellness challenges, workshops, or group classes to boost employee engagement and team spirit.
- Provide Motivation: Serve as a source of encouragement and support, helping employees stay motivated to reach their health targets.
- Health Screening: Assist in basic health screenings or fitness assessments for new hires to establish baseline metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Certification: Valid certification as a Personal Trainer (e.g., ACE, NASM, or equivalent) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a corporate fitness setting or commercial gym.
- Specialization: Deep understanding of female physiology, fitness needs, and safe exercise protocols.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively train and motivate diverse groups.
- Lifestyle: Passionate about health, wellness, and leading a healthy lifestyle.
- CPR/First Aid: Current certification in CPR and Basic First Aid is highly preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
