Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including customs declarations, permits, and shipping manifests
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international suppliers
- Monitor shipment tracking and resolve clearance delays proactively
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian import regulations and trade policies
- Optimize import costs through supplier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain accurate records of import activities and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless goods delivery and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Female candidate with minimum 2 years in import/export operations
- Proficiency in customs procedures and Indonesian trade regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Experience using logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Problem-solving ability with experience in supply chain disruptions
