- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for fiber optic installation activities
- Coordinate with field crews to allocate resources efficiently and minimize downtime
- Monitor project progress against timelines and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Generate progress reports and documentation for stakeholder communications
- Optimize workflow to meet project milestones and budget constraints
- Adapt schedules to accommodate scope changes and unforeseen challenges
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project scheduling or coordination
- Familiarity with fiber optic installation processes and industry standards
- Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in project management (PMP) is advantageous
