Tanggung Jawab
- Visit and manage a portfolio of existing accounts in the Bulacan area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell products and expand the customer base.
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to the sales management team regarding market trends and client feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics and inventory, to resolve delivery issues and ensure product availability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate customer records and sales reports within the company's CRM system.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and demonstrate new product lines or promotional offers.
- Address client inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a strong reputation for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, account management, or customer service within the retail/consumer goods industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bulacan; valid driver's license is required.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
