Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and consistently achieve assigned sales volume targets and distribution goals in the Lower La Union and Benguet areas.
- Conduct regular merchandising activities to ensure proper product display, availability, and stock rotation.
- Manage and collect accounts receivable to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy cash flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and acquire new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Perform regular store visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and product performance.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily sales activities, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies in accounts or inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or account management.
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the Ilocos Region (Lower La Union and Benguet) as required.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications (Excel, Word) for data tracking.
