Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct proactive telesales campaigns to generate high-quality leads and convert inquiries into closed sales.
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and account profiles within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop strategies and action plans to achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Perform regular follow-up calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Identify and address specific customer needs by recommending appropriate products and solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and provide valuable feedback to management regarding customer preferences.
  • Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or account management (1-2 years experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive attitude.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is highly desirable.
