- Drive consistent sales volume achievement in assigned territory through proactive account management
- Optimize product distribution and merchandising execution across retail outlets
- Monitor and improve accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collections
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product visibility, promotional compliance, and inventory levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analysis for regional management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, distribution, or account management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail environment
- Strong financial acumen with accounts receivable management experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with willingness for extensive field travel
- Deep knowledge of Calabarzon & Mimaropa retail landscape preferred
