As a Field Accounts Specialist, you will act as the bridge between our company and our retail partners. Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency across various accounts. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, executing merchandising plans, and ensuring that sales targets are met on a daily and monthly basis. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable, ensuring that our financial objectives are secured while maintaining healthy business relationships with our distributors and retailers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and achieve the assigned sales volume targets and distribution goals in the Zamboanga del Norte region.
- Execute effective merchandising activities to ensure product visibility and brand integrity at all retail outlets.
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections and accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct regular field visits to assigned accounts to assess performance, stock levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to resolve inventory and distribution issues efficiently.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and activity logs.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update the CRM system with current account information.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or account management is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and build rapport with store owners and distributors.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, specifically regarding accounts receivable management.
- Willingness to travel within Zamboanga del Norte and surrounding areas (Field role).
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are highly advantageous.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
