Tanggung Jawab

  • Process and manage all necessary BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) and LGU (Local Government Unit) permits, licenses, and business renewals, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
  • Oversee the inventory, issuance, and proper custodianship of official receipts (ORs) and other accountable forms for field operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to BIR regulations regarding the registration and maintenance of sales books and other financial records.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Head Office and various government agencies for administrative and compliance-related matters.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation as required by internal policies and external regulatory bodies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the field operations team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in the preparation and consolidation of reports related to permits, licenses, and sales compliance for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably with exposure to BIR and LGU compliance.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and local government regulations pertinent to business operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with internal teams and external government agencies.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
