Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding truck fleet management and operations
- Conduct regular field visits to assess client needs and provide on-site solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze truck performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Train and educate clients on best practices for truck maintenance and operation
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for client challenges
- Prepare and present regular reports on client interactions and fleet performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the trucking or logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, on-site solutions
- Knowledge of truck maintenance, operation, and industry regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Proficiency in using technology for reporting and client management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred)
