Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and prospective partners within Basak Pardo and surrounding Cebu areas.
- Promote consumer products, secure wholesale orders, and achieve weekly and monthly sales distribution targets.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with local shop owners and merchants.
- Monitor product displays, manage stock levels at retail points, and report on competitor activities in the field.
- Gather and report valuable market feedback and customer preferences to the regional management team.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily field activity logs, expense reports, and sales tracking sheets.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate; college-level candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in field sales, retail operations, merchandising, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal motorcycle/vehicle for daily field travel.
- Strong self-discipline, time-management skills, and the ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with the local geography, streets, and communities of Basak Pardo and Cebu City.
