Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily execution of field operations and maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.
- Monitor crop health, conduct regular field inspections, and report any anomalies or pest issues immediately.
- Coordinate with laborers and mandor to ensure work schedules are met and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field activities, production logs, and inventory levels.
- Support logistics management, including the coordination of materials and equipment transportation on-site.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and safety guidelines at all times.
- Assist in training and guiding junior staff or workers regarding proper agricultural techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Assistant or 3 years of experience as a Mandor in a palm oil plantation environment.
- Strong understanding of general agricultural practices and plantation management systems.
- Ability to work effectively in outdoor environments and adapt to varying weather conditions.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for effective record-keeping and reporting.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team structure.
