In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of the management, conducting regular audits on our retail stores, commissaries, and distribution hubs across Metro Manila. Your work will directly help in maintaining financial accuracy, preventing losses, and ensuring that every store operates in strict adherence to company standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled and surprise field audits across Andok’s branches to ensure compliance with financial and operational policies.
- Review and validate sales transactions, cash management procedures, and inventory records against established standards.
- Identify internal control weaknesses, potential fraud risks, and operational inefficiencies; provide actionable recommendations.
- Verify physical assets, equipment, and stock levels to ensure accuracy of records.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, risk assessments, and suggested corrective actions for management review.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with store managers and regional operations teams to improve business processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in external or internal auditing; experience in the Retail or F&B industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal audit standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and preferably experienced with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
- Willing to travel extensively within Metro Manila and nearby provinces for field work.
