Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive on-site audits at designated locations to verify inventory accuracy and operational compliance.
- Analyze financial records and operational data to identify discrepancies or areas for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed, accurate audit reports and submit findings to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements during all field visits.
- Communicate effectively with site managers and operational staff to clarify audit requirements and resolve issues.
- Track and follow up on corrective actions identified during the audit process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive financial and operational information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar operational role.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for field travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling.
