Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive field audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational procedures.
- Perform regular site visits to Marketing Companies to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify discrepancies, risks, or potential areas for process improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with objective findings and evidence-based recommendations for management.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure timely resolution of audit issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and improve financial compliance.
- Document all audit work in accordance with established company standards and professional auditing practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in internal/external auditing, compliance, or financial operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly.
- High level of integrity, objectivity, and professional skepticism.
- Willingness to travel frequently for field audits and site inspections.
- CPA license is a significant advantage but not strictly required.
