As a Field Auditor, you will travel to branch locations to conduct comprehensive financial and operational audits. You will play a key role in safeguarding company assets, reviewing loan portfolios, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular, risk-based field audits across assigned branches in Imus and Mabalacat.
- Conduct thorough reviews of loan documentation, credit files, and financial records to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Evaluate internal controls and operational processes to identify potential risks and gaps.
- Prepare objective and comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, root causes, and recommended corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the effectiveness of resolved issues.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with branch staff and management regarding audit observations.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and standards relevant to internal auditing and financial services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in internal/external auditing, preferably in the financial or lending sector.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with auditing software or ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage travel requirements between Imus and Mabalacat.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
