Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site financial audits to verify transaction accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Examine financial records, contracts, and operational documents to identify discrepancies
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective action plans
- Assess internal control effectiveness and risk management processes across departments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement audit findings and process improvements
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards during all audit engagements
- Monitor adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal or external auditing
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within South Luzon region as required
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is a significant advantage
