Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily field activities and monitor worker performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Implement and oversee quality control protocols to ensure premium production standards.
- Coordinate with management to troubleshoot technical issues and operational disruptions in real-time.
- Monitor the usage of resources and equipment to ensure cost-efficiency and proper maintenance.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards across all field sites.
- Collect, record, and report daily operational data and production metrics to the head office.
- Mentor and train field staff on best practices and newly introduced operational methods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in Agriculture, Plantation Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field operations, farming, or estate management is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in an outdoor environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong observational skills and the ability to identify and resolve on-site technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work in remote locations within Sabah as required by project demands.
