Tanggung Jawab
- Execute Aling Tindera program field operations across assigned communities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, government agencies, and community leaders
- Coordinate waste-to-cash initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation and community participation
- Conduct regular community outreach sessions to promote program awareness and engagement
- Monitor program progress, collect field data, and prepare impact assessment reports
- Facilitate training workshops on sustainable waste management and entrepreneurship
- Document community success stories and program outcomes for stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Environmental Science, Community Development, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in community development or field coordination
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse community stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with experience in fieldwork logistics and reporting
- Knowledge of waste management practices and circular economy principles
- Excellent communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork in rural communities
