Hastings Motor Corporation is looking for a proactive and highly organized Field Coordinator to join our growing team in Carmona, Cavite. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the management and oversight of our fleet of heavy equipment rentals. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that our assets are deployed efficiently, maintained to the highest standards, and that our clients receive the reliable service they expect from Hastings Motor Corporation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the deployment, retrieval, and scheduling of heavy equipment units to various construction sites.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure rented equipment is being utilized and maintained correctly.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment status, rental agreements, and operational hours.
- Liaise between clients and the internal maintenance team to address any equipment performance issues or repairs promptly.
- Conduct equipment hand-over and retrieval briefings to ensure safety compliance.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports regarding asset utilization and site activity.
- Ensure all documentation for rental contracts is complete, signed, and filed accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, heavy equipment operations, or construction site management.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery types and basic preventive maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholder interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based setting.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace) for reporting.
- Valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
- Must be willing to report to work in Carmona, Cavite.
