As a Field Estimator, you will bridge the gap between architectural concepts and physical reality. You will be responsible for conducting on-site visits, evaluating architectural plans, and generating precise material take-offs, shop drawings, and cost estimations for our top-tier roofing and insulation solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate on-site field measurements and spatial assessments for roofing and insulation projects.
- Review, interpret, and analyze architectural blueprints, engineering designs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare precise and detailed material cost estimates, structural take-offs, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Draft detailed shop drawings, production details, and fabrication specifications using standard design software.
- Liaise and coordinate with sales representatives, project managers, and clients to discuss technical adjustments and project scopes.
- Ensure all estimates comply with industry safety, quality standards, and company production capabilities.
- Maintain organized and accessible digital records of all estimates, actual measurements, and client communication logs.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or any related discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying, construction estimation, or design within the roofing or construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in drafting software, specifically AutoCAD, and Microsoft Excel.
- Exceptional blueprint reading skills and the ability to interpret complex architectural and structural plans.
- Excellent mathematical accuracy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and perform field/site visits regularly within Cagayan de Oro and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary construction teams.
