Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily field operations and on-site inspections to monitor project progress.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, site conditions, and operational reports.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Communicate effectively with local stakeholders and team members to facilitate smooth operations.
- Identify potential operational challenges and propose practical solutions to the team.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various locations within the Malang area.
- Basic computer literacy (proficiency in Microsoft Office applications).
- Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor environments and active field settings.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.
- Valid internship certificate if required by your university.
