Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure product availability and maintain optimal stock levels across assigned retail outlets
- Execute flawless shelf displays, planograms, and visual merchandising standards
- Verify and maintain accurate pricing across all product categories
- Implement and monitor promotional campaigns to maximize sales impact
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising conditions and compliance
- Collaborate with store management to resolve merchandising challenges
- Report on sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness
- Build strong relationships with store personnel and vendor representatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail merchandising or field sales
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in pricing and displays
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for store visits
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Proficiency in basic inventory management systems and reporting tools
