As a Field Installation Supervisor, you will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to plan and execute installations efficiently. You will lead a team of technicians and subcontractors, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all field installation activities for company products, ensuring compliance with project specifications and schedules.
- Conduct on-site commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance and functionality.
- Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and resources, delegating tasks and monitoring productivity.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to align installation plans and address any issues.
- Inspect completed installations for quality, safety, and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of installation progress, materials used, and site reports.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior staff and site personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field installation supervision, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, commissioning processes, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide crew members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and best practices (e.g., WSH).
- Problem-solving mindset with the flexibility to handle dynamic site conditions.
