You will travel across assigned outlets, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and ensuring that all promotional activities are implemented flawlessly. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site visits to assigned retail outlets in Kallang and the Central Region to ensure brand standards are consistently met.
- Implement and maintain planograms, ensuring products are displayed correctly and shelf space is optimized for maximum visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store management to ensure timely replenishment and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Set up and maintain promotional displays, Point of Sale (POS) materials, and signage according to marketing guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Provide detailed field reports on store performance, inventory levels, and competitor activities using mobile reporting tools.
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with retail partners and store staff to facilitate smooth operations.
- Identify and address any issues related to damaged goods, incorrect pricing, or shelf-life management on the shop floor.
- Gather and communicate feedback from the field to the management team to help improve sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, sales, or a similar field-based role is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to follow planograms accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse store teams.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently.
- Physical stamina to handle merchandise, set up displays, and travel between multiple locations.
- Proficiency in using mobile applications for data entry, photo documentation, and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high presentation standards.
- A valid driver's license or familiarity with public transport routes in the Central Region is an advantage.
