Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of in-store presentation and driving brand visibility. In this dynamic role, you will visit various retail outlets in the North-East Region to ensure our products are displayed attractively, priced correctly, and fully stocked. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store merchandising activities to ensure brand standards are met consistently.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor stock levels, product availability, and visual displays.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update Point of Sale (POS) materials.
- Collaborate with store managers to resolve stock discrepancies and ensure compliance.
- Analyze shelf space and competitor activity to recommend improvements for sales.
- Ensure promotional displays are set up correctly and remain on schedule.
- Report on daily activities, sales trends, and merchandising issues to the Key Account Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail merchandising or sales is preferred.
- Valid personal transport (motorcycle/car) is essential for daily field visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with retail staff.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
