Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily field operations and lead a team of merchandisers to achieve performance targets.
- Ensure 100% compliance with planograms, stock availability, and promotional display standards.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor retail performance and team adherence to company policies.
- Analyze merchandising data and generate reports to identify growth opportunities and resolve stock issues.
- Train, coach, and mentor field staff to improve service delivery and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key account personnel.
- Implement brand-specific marketing campaigns at the point of purchase to increase brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail merchandising, sales, or team supervision.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing field-based or remote teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel for reporting).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino/Cebuano.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to fast-changing retail environments.
- Must be willing to travel within Mandaue City and surrounding areas as required.
