Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily field merchandising operations and ensure strict brand consistency across all assigned stores.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of field merchandisers on product display standards and sales techniques.
- Monitor shelf availability, inventory levels, and the proper placement of promotional materials.
- Conduct regular store visits and audits to verify compliance with company merchandising guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute merchandising strategies that drive product visibility.
- Analyze sales data and competitor activity within the Dipolog City territory to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure the timely execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal displays.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management, field sales, or merchandising supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Dipolog City and Zamboanga del Norte area.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic data entry.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of customer service and brand representation.
